OUR ATTORNEYS

After graduating top five in his class from the University of Miami School of Law, Daniel spent the better half of a decade at the international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he litigated multi-billion dollar corporate, environmental, real estate, international, and restructuring disputes. 

 

While in law school, Daniel received C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards (awarded for the highest grade) in both Legal Research and Communication and Habeas Corpus, taught by the Hon. Adalberto Jordan, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Daniel was appointed to the Order of the Barristers upon graduation. During law school, he was an intern for the Hon. Robert N. Scola, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and an intern in the divisions of enforcement and compliance at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
